Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

United States Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States is free. Estimated transit time is generally 5–11 business days after processing. Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 6–14 business days, but carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or destination delays may occur.

Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after fulfillment.

Multiple Packages
Products may ship from different fulfillment locations, so items from one order can arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If an order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the shipment with the fulfillment partner and provide an appropriate resolution under our refund policy.

International Shipping
At this time, the store is primarily configured for United States delivery. Available destinations and rates shown at checkout are authoritative.
